Meet the Team
Maria Lucas, MARLA -
Owner
 Qualified
in Residential Letting and Property Management,
Maria is a Member of the Association of Residential
Letting Agents, with years of experience of the local
residential property market. Over the last 5 years,
with her husband, Maria purchased, let and managed a
portfolio of residential investment
properties. Before starting Jordan’s Banbury & Southam, Maria worked in Warwickshire as a Lettings
Specialist, combining this role whilst also training
property managers from all over the country in
residential letting and property management. Living
on the edge of the
Warwickshire/Oxfordshire/Northants border, Maria’s
expertise and knowledge of the local property market
spans all 3 counties.
"Family and friends started to ask for help renting
their properties, then their friends and families
asked for help too. I realised the time had come to
start my own business. The majority of customers
come from recommendations and word of mouth. I
support owners in the letting of private residential
property in the UK to comply with more than 50 Acts
of Parliament and 70 sets of regulations. The
penalties can be severe if you don't."
Maria's mission is to help landlords find quality
tenants in the shortest possible time.
Natalie Ralphs -
Lettings Specialist
Natalie has worked in customer services for many
years, most recently in the lettings business so she
really knows almost everything there is to know
about lettings. Natalie is friendly and approachable
with a bubbly and professional personality. It is
Natalie's mission to help you find the right home
for you.
David Hawes
David has many years
experience in UK and Overseas Property including
being Branch Manager with a leading local estate
agent. David uses his many skills and experience
across a wide portfolio of duties from appraising
and photographing new properties, undertaking
viewings and working in the office’
